Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only if:
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Digital downloads or custom-made merchandise.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@heynikko.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
- We’ll review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process or issue a replacement/refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at hello@heynikko.com
